BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
Our "Beyond the Classroom" program for the elementary school students provides a structured environment which includes in school health screenings and services. We open the door for continuous learning through STEAM program activities that integrates Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics. Our homework hub offers each after school student support as needed.

SCHOOL SERVICES:
DENTAL
Twice a year, Big Smiles, a state licensed dentist and team provide cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatment, and sealants as needed.
For children who have Medicaid, referred out if Florida Kid care, or Florida Healthy kids, it is not cost to you.
HEARING
Annual screenings are
provided by Seratoma
Speech & Hearing
Foundation of
Florida, Inc.
Free of Charge.
VISION
Annual testing done by Preserve Vision of Florida.
Students are also For children who have Medicaid, referred out if glasses are needed.
EXTRACURRICULARS ACTIVITIES
YEYE'S VILLAGE
Yeye's Village is a performing arts enrichment. Students involved participate in dance, drama, or drumming. The program teaches students
to be self-aware of their feelings and emotions about self-esteem, body positivity, and
through the arts. It is a 12-week program and students perform a showcase at the end of the program.
PRINCESS PROJECT
Princess Project teaches girls grade 3rd-5th about self-esteem, body positivity, and
through the arts. It is a 12-week program and etiquette. The girls meet once a month throughout the whole school year. Every
meeting focuses on a different theme.

KDB empowers students to become confident

EAGLES IN MOTION
Eagles in Motion is PVCA's comprehensive physical education and wellness program that builds fitness,
character, and lifelong habits of health through fitness challenges, team games, and movement-based learning.
MATH BOWL
Math Bowl is a fast and furious competition as students calculate long complex math
problems in their heads.
